House Rules

• Arrival after 15:00, departure before 10:00
• please leave the accommodation neat and tidy upon departure
• pets strictly upon request
• extra guests must be announced during reservation, in advance
• non-smoking accommodation and no open fire outside
• parties and gatherings are not allowed
• payments must be completed in full before or upon arrival
• the accommodation may only be used for recreational purposes

Conditions

• in case of cancellation one month before arrival, you must pay 50% of the total rental amount
• in case of cancellation one week before arrival, you must pay 100% of the total rental amount
• the price of the accommodation is agreed based on the applicable rates at that time, which are established by the owner
• text and prices are with reservation.
• the calendar is always an indication from which no rights can be derived. Requests and reservations are always made via email to info@beukenhoeve.nl.
• the owner must always confirm a request in writing

The owners of De Beukenhoeve are not liable for personal injury, theft or accidents.  Naturally, we will endeavour to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
